![]() More than once I lost a whole heap of level-progress by accidentally triggering the feather and trying to cancel the warp with b, only to find that it confirmed the teleport instead. Even worse once you select the feather, all 4 of the face buttons confirm your teleport you have press some other button, whose identity escapes me right now, to leave the teleport screen. ![]() This an annoying oversight that really offers nothing of interest to the player. The big offender in this is the feather, which is for sale for a lot of gold but has no indication what it does (It's a teleport item that moves you instantly to a few pre-defined locations. Tooltips: This game has several important items, one of which is for sale that don't get explained to the player. Secrets: lots of little powerups and nooks and crannies to discover. The wind is neat combo of fast movement and a dodge, all at once (more on that below, unfortunately). ![]() Makes for an interesting take on side-scrolling shooting. It's fun to find an angle to hit an enemy below by exploiting the arc of shots. I enjoyed how EQ let me constantly expand the places and things I could visit as I progressed.Ībility design: Arrow Arc mechanics are nice in this game. Exploration: Lots of areas to find and lots of little secrets to uncover.
